How Cable by VoltPlan handles your data

We keep data collection to the absolute minimum. Only standard Apple App Store diagnostics and short-lived technical logs on an EU-based content server are involved.

What we collect

Cable by VoltPlan is designed to run entirely on your device. We do not create user accounts, profile you, or sell personal data. Only the following information may be processed:

  • App Store distribution data. Apple may collect crash diagnostics, purchase history, and anonymized analytics tied to your Apple ID under Apple's own privacy policy. We access only aggregate reports.
  • Content delivery logs. When the app downloads the component library, it connects to an EU-hosted server that may log your IP address, the requested resource, user agent, and timestamps. These logs rotate quickly and are used solely for security and reliability.

How we use this information

Logged data helps us ensure the app remains available and secure. We review high-level App Store diagnostics to fix bugs and improve performance. We never combine logs with other sources to identify you, and we do not run targeted advertising.

Retention

Server access logs are automatically deleted or anonymized after a short retention period that is only long enough to detect abuse or resolve service incidents. Aggregated analytics shared by Apple do not include personal identifiers.

Your choices

  • You can uninstall the app at any time. Once it is removed, no further information is collected.
  • Adjust Apple's analytics settings on your device if you prefer not to share diagnostics with developers.
